Weaving is used to make the fabric hammocks. Rope hammocks are tied. Weaving is a process that will take some time. However, the results can be breathtaking.
The Steps
- Make a frame that is the size that you want the hammock to be.
- Attach the cotton twine on each ends of the frame. The rope should be tied on the frame in a weaving pattern.
- You will need a wooden piece to help guide the twine.
- Weave the twine through the rest of the cotton twine.
